All your points are good ones but I especially relate to the one on Communication. You can have a great idea, have motivation and ambition, but if you can’t convey your ideas clearly, you could end up spinning your wheels.

i found the above to be the valuable information regarding essentials of leader brand building, but i think most importantly, a leader can put his vision to his team. Team building and communication must also be take into account of.
