Consultancy firm Kathy Jones & Associates are the newest tenants at 620 Bourke Street in the Melbourne CBD after committing to a three-year office lease at level one. The net annual rent of the 178.7 sq m office is $236,607.

JLL’s Ed Robinson and Alexandra Harper brokered the deal for the growing company. Also in the Melbourne CBD, live streaming service MView Live Video has agreed terms on a 319 sq m office at level 3, 170 Queen Street.

JLL’s Alexandra Harper negotiated the five-year lease at gross annual rent of $149,930 for landlord Down Ampney Corporation. The refurbished office building 379 Collins Street in the Melbourne CBD has welcomed four new tenants, totalling 808 square metres of office lease.
