We’re looking for a self-motivated, creative problem solver with a passion for engaging readers with great content and coming up with innovative solutions to drive subscription growth through digital marketing. This is an exciting role for someone who wants to get in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing digital media and publishing startup to shape the growth trajectory of our flagship consumer product, the Next Big Idea Club, a new kind of book club curated by Malcolm Gladwell, Susan Cain, Adam Grant, and Daniel Pink.
You will spearhead marketing campaign strategies for new product developments and work to build brand awareness. You will work closely with marketing team leaders to support and inform the digital marketing strategy, through creative communications to our member base and potential members.
You will develop a communication strategy through consumer and marketplace trend analysis. You will also have a heart for social good initiatives and a willingness to help execute on our donation partnership with The Future Project.
This position reports to the Head of Subscription Marketing and is based out of our offices in the Meatpacking District of Manhattan.
